This page sets out the terms of use (“Terms”) that are binding on both relevant individuals and any business or organization they represent (or claim to represent), and references to “you” (and related terms) should be read accordingly. References to “we” or “us” mean PT Prawathiya Karsa Pradiptha Group (PKP) unless otherwise stated. Please read these Terms carefully as they will affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register or use the Karir.pkp.co.id Website.

Binding Agreement

The Karir.pkp.co.id Website (“Platform”) is provided to you subject to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PT Prawathiya Karsa Pradiptha (PKP). By accessing or using the Karir.pkp.co.id Website, you agree to accept and/or be bound by these Terms. You agree to use the Karir.pkp.co.id Website at your own risk.

Definitions

  • “You” means the individual (or the entity on whose behalf you act) who agrees to these Terms.
  • “Job Portal” refers to the karir.pkp.co.id job listing site that connects job seekers and employers.
  • “Applicant” or “Applicants” means Users who access the Karir.pkp.co.id Website to search for jobs or in any other capacity other than as an Employer.
  • “Applicant Profile” means the profile created by Candidates that may contain personal information, resume, and photo.
  • “Company Profile” means the profile created by Employers.

Services

Karir.pkp.co.id is a platform owned and operated by PT Prawathiya Karsa Pradiptha, providing job vacancy information services and connecting applicants with companies offering job opportunities.

In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and another contract you have with us, such other contract(s) shall prevail.

 

User Registration

Users are required to register an account legitimately with true, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and any loss and/or damage arising from user negligence shall be borne by the user. Users must fully indemnify us if we suffer losses and/or damages.

We may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

You must ensure that the data you provide at registration or at any time is true and complete.

You must promptly notify us of any changes to your registration information by updating your personal information so we can communicate effectively with you.

 

Intellectual Property

The Karir.pkp.co.id Website, Karir.pkp.co.id Content, and all rights and ownership thereof are the exclusive property of PKP or its licensors.

The Karir.pkp.co.id Website and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property rights.

You may view and display Content from the Karir.pkp.co.id Website on your computer screen, store it electronically on disk (but not on a server or other storage device connected to a network), or print one copy for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and ownership notices. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use any materials or Content from the Karir.pkp.co.id Website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from PKP.

 

Website Availability

While we aim to provide you with the best service, we do not guarantee that the services on the Karir.pkp.co.id Website will meet your requirements.

  • Send material encouraging criminal conduct or violating applicable laws, regulations, or codes of practice;
  • Interfere with others’ use or enjoyment of the Website;
  • Create, send, or store electronic copies of copyright-protected material without the owner’s permission.

You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms and not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Website.

Security Violations include:

  • Accessing data or server areas not intended for you;
  • Scanning or testing system vulnerabilities;
  • Sending viruses, worms, or harmful code.

Duplication or Misuse of Content: Copying or modifying Website Content without permission for any purpose, including republication.

Misuse of Login Credentials: Sharing or transferring login credentials without our consent, using another person’s credentials without permission, or accessing another account without authorization.

 

Additional Terms for Applicants

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial job search purposes. This includes the right to view and download one copy of Content for personal use.

When registering, you must create an account and provide valid information.

Profiles must be accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You may not impersonate another person.

You are solely responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of your profile and resume, and any consequences of posting them.

We may offer third-party services and products to you based on your preferences.

 

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about your information. We may collect certain User information and contact Users periodically. We may also comply with legal requirements and share information if required by law enforcement or government agencies.

By applying for a job, you understand your information will be disclosed to Employers.

You acknowledge you do not own your account. If you close your account or it is terminated, your information will be marked as deleted and may be removed from our databases and public areas of the Website.

We may delete your account after prolonged inactivity.

 

Liability Disclaimer

PKP is not responsible for decisions made by users based on job vacancy information. PKP does not guarantee employment or that employers will find suitable candidates.

We are not obligated to screen content or involved in actual transactions between employers and applicants. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of user content.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

You assume all risks when dealing with other Users.

No content on the Website should be taken as an endorsement.

We are not liable for information loss due to interruptions or termination of service.

 

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use or are registered on our platform. We may take legal action for violations, including deleting User Content, terminating accounts, or restricting access.

 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, use of Website Content, or violation of these Terms.

 

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

Miscellaneous

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. If we overlook a breach, we still retain rights to enforce them later. We are not liable for breaches caused by events beyond our control.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
