Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science /Communication/ Marketing or equivalent in a relevant field)
  • At least 3 years of working experience preferably in an IT Industry Company
  • Experienced in IT Outsource/ IT Professional services
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent Presentation and Negotiation
  • ATarget Oriented
  • Have a vehicle and a driving license (preferable)
  • Personality: Fast learning, hard worker, and good attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts to drive business growth
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting and contract negotiations to ongoing account management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise to expand the company's client portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project implementation
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns on time
  • Contribute to the development of account management strategies and best practices
  • Regularly report on account performance and progress against set objectives
