Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (fresh graduates with sales internship experience may be considered for junior level).
Strong interest in the IT or technology industry. Basic understanding of B2B sales processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to prepare basic proposals and deliver presentations. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
Prior experience in outsourcing sales is preferred. Experience in IT Outsourcing sales will be considered a significant advantage. Comfortable working under aggressive targets and commission-based compensation schemes.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales career. Proactive with initiative in seeking new opportunities. Resilient in handling rejection and working toward targets.
Confident and communicative. Target-oriented and results-driven.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
