Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role within IT Infrastructure.
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security.
• Experienced in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Docker, and Git.
• Skilled in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba, Google Cloud) and web servers (Nginx, Apache).
• Strong background in system security, including firewall implementation (VPN, IDS, IPS) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Network management expertise: VLAN, routing, subnetting, and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Wazuh.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with teams and end-users.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to effectively document work processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure system availability and minimize downtime for all servers and applications.
• Manage virtualization infrastructure such as VMware and Proxmox.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and others.
• Recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor resource utilization and plan upgrades in line with business needs.
