Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role within IT Infrastructure
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security
• Experienced with virtualization tools such as VMware, Docker & Git
• Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Google Cloud, as well as web servers like Nginx and Apache
• Experienced in system security (Firewall implementation: VPN, IDS, IPS, and SIEM — Security Information and Event Management)
• Network management: VLAN, Routing, Subnetting, and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Monitoring and troubleshooting tools: Nagios, Zabbix, Wazuh
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams and end-users
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable and able to document work clearly and effectively

Responsibilities:

• Ensure system availability and minimize downtime for all servers and applications.
• Manage virtualization infrastructure such as VMware and Proxmox.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and others.
• Recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor resource utilization and plan upgrades in line with business needs.
