Description
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Open for Fresh Graduates.
Proficient in SQL Queries, BRD, and FSD.
Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as UML, flowcharts, and spreadsheets.
Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
Design and document business processes and functional requirements for IT projects.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
Create clear data models, flowcharts, and specification documents.
Test and validate IT solutions to ensure compliance with requirements.
Provide user training and support to ensure smooth technology adoption.
