• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an IT project leadership role
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum
• Able to develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), create timelines, and use project management tools
• Communicative and capable of bridging technical and business needs in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
• Possesses inspiring leadership qualities — able to build team spirit, direction, and motivation
• Knowledge in the non-bank financial industry is an added advantage
